Located at the end of a private road, Abbeyfield House offers older people peace and serenity. Originally built as a dormitory to a lawn school, our home is full of character with a sweeping staircase and large arched windows.

Our home has eight rooms and one detached cottage. Four of our rooms have an en-suite whilst the other four have a separate designated bathroom. The cottage has a kitchen, dining area, lounge plus a double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.

Completing our home is a lounge, dining area, large garden and greenhouse for residents with a proclivity for gardening.

Situated in near the centre of St Austell, Abbeyfield House has excellent access to the town centre, local surgeries and hospital. We’re also very fortunate to live near the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beautiful harbour towns of Charlestown (where Poldark was filmed) and Mevagissey.
